Business Canvas Modeling Workshop was held at the Factory of C59 at CigadungBandung on November 29, 2017. This workshop was attended 20 Participants from C59 employees with Community 1000 Gardens. Mr. Bastian Saputra lectured and provided materials on the Business Model Canvas in accordance with his experience in assisting many SMEs in Indonesia, especially those that have been identified by PUPUK. A core team of Komunitas 1000 Kebun was part of the group. They were planning to provide a store as market place for the members to connect them between producers and consumers to pursue sustainable agriculture and healthy living in the future. Business Model Canvas is a strategic management template for developing new or documenting existing business models. This workshop provided them with a clearer roadway on the project’s value proposition, infrastructure, customers, finances, among others for running the store called Warung 1000Kebun.
PUPUK provided this workshop with the aim of strengthening the ecosystem of sustainable agriculture in line with the ACMFN project.
The ACMFN workshop, which took place on 23 August 2017 was held at Unpad Training Center with the theme of “3R to 4R Toward Holistic Greener Plastic Solution” Good for the Environment Good for the People. This event was held through cooperation between PUPUK (The Assosciation for Advancement of Small Business) and Komunitas 1000 Kebun. The speaker in this workshop is Mr. SugiyantoTandio who is the President, Director and Co Founder of PT Green Hope Tirta Marta. The event was attended by 70 people who are members of Komunitas 1000 garden Kebun, Unpad and ITB lecturers and students, SMEs and the public who have been registered online for this workshop.
Ecoplastic products from Greenhope was exhibited and drew significant interest from some participants to use the products. There are many variants of products sold such us shopping bags, food containers, and trash bags in various sizes.
Workshop with the theme of “Innovation for Sustainable Agriculture” organized by PUPUK through ACMFN program held at Tani Kota Agrowisata Bandung on July 16, 2017 which was followed by 1000 garden community inviting speakers from ITB academics as experts in agribusiness agriculture namely Mr. Rahmadi for Session 1. In one session the material given by the speaker is to introduce the larvae that can increase the amount of protein in the soil so that it will automatically increase the substances contained in the organic crops that we will plant, in session 2 father Aris told how to make organic plants using hydroponics aquarium As a source of water for plants arranged to ride in one paralon by way of multilevel make the plant. In addition to more efficient and certainly easy to apply in making these organic crops
On the anniversary of Bank Jabar & Banten (BJB) on May 23, 2017. Bank BJB entered into MOU with the association for advancement of small businesses. In the MOU signing done by Agus Gunawan who served as Director of Micro West Java And Banten regional development bank (Bank BJB) with Mrs. Rieta Rosita Dewi as Vice Chairman of PUPUK Board agreed to give support of West Java Economy Especially through MSME, with Bank BJB ready to provide Fund Loan or loan for MSME. PUPUK which is the builder of UMKM gets big responsibility to be able to ensure the UMKM that deserve to get the aid.
Tanikota Green Festival event with 1000 Gardening Community was held on 21 May 2017 through the support of PUPUK through Project ACMFN (Asian Cleantech MSME Financing Network). ACMFN is 4-year project co-financed by the European Union.
PUPUK was able to tap as resource persons, Mr. Sudiyono, a well known farmer who uses the organic method METASATISI (Media Planting One Point Flush) and Pa Nahum, also an expert in the field of organic farming that strives for the enhancement of soil fertility and sustainability as well.
Several communities showed interest and attended the seminar. Attendees normally own land that has not been well exploited and wanted to get the knowledge and experience in organic plantation to make their property more productive.
Annual Meeting of Asian Cleantech Micro Small Medium Entrepreneurs Financial Network (ACMFN), in beijing on 20-21 March 2017 attended by Association for Small Enterprise Improvement (PUPUK) represented by Mrs. Early Rahmawati as Secretary General of PUPUK and Ibu Rini Sudaryani as Project Officer of ACMFN From PUPUK, Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and Pacific (ADFIAP), ADELPHI represented by Mr. Mirko Zuerker who is also an instructor in this annual event. The event was also attended by Confederation of Industry India (CII), China Electronic Energy-saving Technologies Association (CEESTA)
The Cleantech Financial Product Development Workshop held at Ibis Slipi Palmerah Hotel Jakarta is an activity of the ACMFN project which was organized by PUPUK on 16-17 March 2017. The workshop was attended by several financial institutions of Banking as well as BUMN institutions which have several loan schemes Finance for micro small business. Teacher of this workshop is a representative of the German Adelphi Institute, Mr. Mirko Zuerker who directly provides several technical modules wherein the workshop participants share to map targets and analyze financial institutions to develop products or schemes for companies that produce or have problems with eco-friendly products.
CP-CT workshop for companies or for UMKM who have been using or producing eco-friendly products or eco green implemented in Eduplex Bandung on Dec, 21,2016. This activity was held with the cooperation of the Association for Small Business Improvement with several SME networking groups in Bandung. The focus of this activity is the sharing of opinions or knowledge possessed by some entrepreneurs like Mr. Wahono Handoko, Mr. Dandi Budiman and Mr. Luky L Santoso as Public Speaker who already use eco green or environmentally friendly products to the business actors of SMEs so that business actors can also produce or consume eco green or environmentally friendly products, especially for the UMKM network.
The Training of Trainers ACMFN was held at the luxton bandung hotel from August, 30, to September 1, 2016. In this training, the lecturer was Magdalena Kloibhofer from Adelphi and Victor C. Abainza from ADFIAP as a supervisor of the event. The event was attended by 18 people from various institutions ie West Java Provincial Government, Banks, and several other financial institutions. In this activity, the participants were able to mapped out problems, especially from institutions that have become a companion for SME’s, as well as banks that act as lenders to SME’s. This training is also to provide knowledge about easy tools to facilitate SME’s or bank in helping SME’s through various ways in accordance with the culture of Indonesian society.
The official launching of Asian Cleantech Micro Small Medium Entrepreneurs Financial Network (ACMFN) Project in Indonesia was held on June 14, 2016 at the Hotel Aryaduta Bandung. The ACMFN project is a collaboration of NGOs in 5 countries namely, the Association of Asian Development Finance Institutions (ADFIAP) Philippines, ADELPHI Germany, Confederation of Industry India (CII), China Electronic Energy-saving Technologies Association (CEESTA), and the Association for Business Improvement Small (PUPUK) Indonesia. The project with the aim of a continuous collaborative program among agencies to develop a green ecosystem for mutual prosperity for MSMEs, Financial Institutions whether Banking or Non-Banking, Local Government, Central Government, Financial Services Authority will last for 4 years. In this Event Mr. Bastian Annas Saputra, Executive Director, PUPUK Bandung and Mr. Kawi Boedisetio, Chairman of the Supervisory Board PUPUK with Mrs Early Eka Kurnia Rahmawati, General Secretary PUPUK officially opened the launching of Asian Cleantech Micro Small Medium Entrepreneurs Financial Network (ACMFN) in Indonesia.
